Stolen Innocence

The title and mood of this piece speaks for itself. A white lily symbolizes purity and innocence, while the eyes stare almost through you. The colors were built up in translucent layers over time, giving the feeling of a bruise, despite the glow of the flower. This piece was a relief to get out of my system, and deserves a moody room to live in.
